Underground Services
Our dedicated underground services survey teams work all over the UK and Ireland, tracing and locating services that we either mark out on site or survey onto a topographical drawing. Equipped with both electromagnetic and ground penetrating radar (GPR) equipment, we work efficiently to give a good value service in any location.
Generally working to the RICS specification "Surveys of Land, Buildings and Utility Services at Scales of 1:500 and Larger", we produce high quality plans to show the utility services that affect your site.
Our dedicated Maps team offers a desktop search service acquiring and collating utility providers' asset record plans for individual sites. Contact maps@mhls.co.uk.
We can also provide CCTV survey, to give a full DVD report of pipework condition together with detailed manhole report cards.
